“ I walked into Porto's Bakery with every intention of being good and just getting a salad. But let me tell you, the sweets were practically calling my name! After I placed my salad order, I couldn't help but keep eyeing all those delicious pastries. Before I knew it, I was back in line for dessert! I ended up trying a few treats, and honestly, I just had to get more. I bought way more than what you see in the pictures, and while I might feel a little embarrassed about it, I'm completely satisfied! Porto's never fails to impress--everything is just too good to resist! ”
“ Porto's is a MUST when visiting Orange County! Don't be intimidated by the long line, it actually moves quite fast since there are many employees working, and they'll direct you to the bakery or cafe line. I don't think I waited longer than 20 minutes in the bakery line. At the top of the line, the employee will write down your order, I like to take a look at the whole glass case to see their selections. Then they'll gather up the items and direct you to the cashier. The employees are really nice and helpful, even during the busiest hours. Some must trys are their classic cheese tart, guava tart, and potato balls! I also really enjoyed their empanadas, they are flakey and really tasty. I also got a couple fresh raspberry lemon macarons and they were larger than I expected! I tried their cakes for the first time, I got a chocolate raspberry cake and it was really soft and tasty. It was nice that they offered to add a happy birthday message on it along with a free cake knife. Porto's is an iconic bakery, and the pastries are 100% worth the hype :) ”
“ Online ordering is the way to go!! Ordered the night before and was able to walk in and out within 5 minutes. This place was so nice inside and I definitely need to come back to sit in and have lunch. All of our pastries were delicious! Potato balls are a MUST!! ”

“ Have only had pastries given by customers or maybe I've ate at a Port's Cafe a very long time ago. I honestly can't remember because I travel on business and leisure regularly. This Porto's Bakery was the nearest location from LAX and I needed me some good breakfast and coffee before the bribe out to San Clemente. Me and my other half walked in and was amazed at how huge this cafe is. Two sides of counter with stantions long enough for Disneyland! Ordered a few pastries and breakfast, and it was delivered to our table within 15 minutes. Delicious! Great customer service, the staff even comes back to pick up your plates. Mind you, all your food is served on disposable plates, this isn't a sit down restaurant, yet they have takeout too. By the time we were done leaving, both sides of each line was extra long and it wasn't even 9am yet! ”

“ This place is a monster of a place. The food is good for a decent priced. The only downside is that it's always packed and super busy with a ton of people. It's not the most calming place to eat at but it's definitely a fun and busy vibe. Everything we get here is very good, whether it's a drink, baked item, or sandwich etc. The hubz loves this place so whenever we're in the area we will stop by and get a box of goodies for us. Prices are decent. You cannot bring your furry babies inside, just fyi. They were pretty strict from what i saw. I don't remember if there was an outdoor area but if there is I would still check to see if it's ok to bring pets b/c from what i remember i thought there was an overhead awning that was enclosed for people to eat at. ”

Kat is always greeting me at the door with such energy and kindness, it's nice to see that she is there most times I go. The food is amazing, wow nothing beats that Cuban French Toast! The Orange Juice is Cali fresh and give me more energy than a cup of coffee. Thank you, Thank you Thank you for this wonderful location and dedicated staff. I will return for decades! ”
“ This review for my last 2 visits.We came last week for a lunch date ans everyrjing was amazing .We had the ropa vieja plate and chicken plate .We also took some treats for oir family.Not only was the food amazong but tjr service was phenomenal from the moment tpy walk in the door to ordering your food but also all the staff that is outside beijg attentive to all yoir needs .The last 2 visits we have had multiple employees check on us to make sure we were ok . .A young man really stood out to us named RONALDO .He was so attentive to Our needs not just today but last week we were here .What a pleasant young man .We will definitely be coming back we hope to see him again . ”
